Wicker has become a popular choice of many where outdoor furniture is concerned as it is attractive and brightens up the outdoors. However I don’t find it quite practical as it is not very tough and weather resistant. Heavy rains and storms can damage it in no time. However if you can protect it from these conditions it is a good choice.

Wicker is meant to an outdoor concept but slowly it has moved inside the house and it looks attractive but is easier to maintain indoors. Go for it if you have a covered outdoor space.

I think it’s quite suitable but yes it needs care and maintenance. You can have coated wicker pieces for a prolonged life and yes you have to save it from harsh weather conditions.
